• The house is on a septic system so please only flush toilet paper. We've provided trash cans in each bathroom so you can easily dispose of female sanitary items.
• Please do not smoke anything inside the house
• If you smoke outside please be kind enough to dispose of your debris
• We kindly ask that you don't build a fire in the master bedroom fireplace. While the fireplace is operational, we're concerned about having smoke inside the house.
• We love pets, but don't allow them here

The River's Edge Retreat is near Salish Lodge, Snoqualmie Falls, and TreeHouse Point, local wineries like Grassie Wine Estates and Sigillo Cellars, and the stunning hiking trails sprinkled throughout North Bend and the Snoqualmie Valley.
Rental agreement is with Wise Owl Properties LLC. a Washington State Limited Liability Company.

Please notify us immediately of any issues you encounter. Landlord shall not be held responsible or assume any liability for loss, damage, or injury to Tenant and/or Tenant's guests or their personal property in the house or on the property. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Owner from any liability and/or responsibility arising therefrom.
