We are Liberty Hill Farm, in Rochester, Vermont! Tours run Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 9 am. Our farm tours are scheduled to coincide with daily chores to allow guests the opportunity to experience daily farm life. Guests will be able to watch the cow milking process and even try their hand at milking! From there, we will explain the journey from cow to milk jug. Guests will learn about the different ages and stages of the dairy cow, from birth through adulthood. We will meet, pet, and even feed baby calves, explore the barns, and meet kitties. Every tour is adjusted to meet the needs and interests of our guests. We encourage our guests to participate hands-on, and encourage questions and ideas! We simply love to share our love of farming and our animals with others! ***All proceeds from our farm tours go directly to our nonprofit organization, Liberty Hill Center for Agricultural Education. *** Other things to note: I only book about a month in advance, so if your preferred date does not appear, check back! Your glass experience will begin with a quick round of safety and rules.. Then right in to the hot molten fun.. We will jump right in to torch time and learning to talk to our glass.. This will be a crash coarse in a new language for many .. We will work on becoming comfortable with this new medium and then once your ready you can begin to create shapes and forms. I like to take each student to a personal spot and make what really speaks to them.. If they do not have anything they really wanna try then we can begin with basic formations and shapes .. hearts, drops and twists.. This experience is as much or as little as you want it to be. The glass rabbit hole is very very deep. i am 22 yrs in and no where near the bottom. its endless and every expanding in example, ideas, forms, shapes and colors. The endless possibilities are truly up to you and what u want to take away from your experience .. For some they are hooked and now will have to be come a glass blower even if its just a hobby.. that's how we all began . see you all there!! private and small group surf lessons at Beach 67 in the Rockaways! OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE- just ask! lesson time is structured as below. Late arrivals will be accommodated when possible, but you may have a hard end at the original stop time. 15 minutes: get suited and workshop technique on land 60 minutes: surf time! 15 minutes: change, review your session, and ask any questions! We will meet at the beach where we will get you on the right size board for your size and your level of experience. We will go through a quick stretch and run thru a few practice paddles and pop-ups to get us ready to rip! After that we will spend a few moments looking at the water where I will explain the current conditions, explain why we will choose the section of beach we are choosing, give a few pointers on wave selection, and then we will head out into the water together. You will be on the board and I will be at your side at all times. Once in the water we will review water safety on the surf board and I will show you how we pick waves. When the waves come I will instruct you when to paddle, give a small push on the board, and coach you on when to pop up and make any corrections to your stance so that you can get the longest ride possible. For intermediate lessons I will paddle out with you and coach via my voice (no push) and help you to catch your own waves with confidence.

Welcome to the world of miniature horses! From history to living requirements, grooming, training, and showing, we will share it all! Tour the horse farm! Our loveable small equines are ready for incidental petting, grooming and on the ground care! Basic encounter rain or shine! Take a guided horseback riding tour on our 300+ acres of private mountain trails lead by an experienced guide. After signing up and meeting the horses, we will show you the skills you need to ride through our trails. You will be accompanied by an experienced trail guide the entire time. This is a beginner friendly ride, most of the ride is walking, we go at the pace of the least experienced rider in the group. If you would like to do some more trotting, don't want to ride in a group, or are experienced, we recommend booking a private ride. The ride itself is 1 hour long and is done in a western saddle. The minimum age is 7 years to ride. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or requests before booking!

Everything is better with goats. (It's true.) Designed specifically for the people who love being active in the outdoors and also love animals! Come hike with us and our herd of rescued goats through the beauty of the forest tucked into a remote part of the Catskills, just 2 hours from Manhattan. Our goats feel safest with humans and so they magically follow and walk with us through the woods on seasoned trails as we become part of their herd. No leashes needed! We will meander over beautiful streams, enjoying the wildlife and scenery while we forage for some of the goat's favorite treats. We stop midway for a brief rest and water break before finishing our loop, hiking approximately 2.5 miles and taking about 1.5 - 2 hrs, depending on our pace. For those who are interested, your guide can tell you the rescue story of each goat, share their quirks and different personalities and answer any question you might have about goats in general (with a few terrible goat jokes/puns thrown in for good measure.) If you are looking for a unique outdoor experience that combines your love of animals, hiking and nature, this is for you! The day will consist of brewing demonstrations and discussion on the biochemistry of brewing. You will observe the process and learn about all the full spectrum of beers you would find at craft breweries. All-grain brewing is creating beer from only grains without the use of extracts as a source of fermentable sugars. An all-grain brew day using the batch sparge method and requires specialized equipment. You will learn about the different pieces of equipment and the roll each piece plays in the brewing process. The ‘first’ stages of home brewing takes 1 1/2 hours and their will be down times, during which we will tour our hop field, learn about the history of hops in the Hudson Valley and discuss the different varieties of hops and the unique characteristics each brings to brew. If time allows, we will also meet the llamas, alpacas, mini donkeys and Pygora Goats, that live at the farm There will be opportunities to taste the product, at various stages, prior to the fermentation process and also a sample of the end product. Other things to note This Experience explains and shows the process of brewing from grains, leading up to the first stage of fermentation. Additional fermentation stages need to happen, into the next few weeks, before the beer is ready for consumption . We will provide sampling of past brews and send you home with three 12 oz bottles of brewed beer.

This experience takes place at the DUMBO neighborhood. Because of my background working side by side with models and actors, my clients appreciate my directions in front of the camera. My main priority is to create lasting memories of your trip to New York City while adding some flavor to your social media! For our session, we start in the morning at Jane's Carousel with the best light and least traffic. We will explore DUMBO, along with other respected cultural locations. I can assure you you will find new places to bring your friends to Brooklyn and photographs to make your friends back home wish they were with you. As an avid traveler who's traveled the world, I enjoy meeting new people from other countries. Once we become acquainted, you will become my actor for 1 hour.
