Location is one of the big advantages of this apartment. It is situated across one of the most popular swimming areas or the Athenian coastline, Alimos Beach, as well as minutes away from the Historic centre of Athens and the Acropolis as well as the Piraeus port.
The keys will be delivered upon arrival and I will personally explain to you everything you need to know about the apartment.
No one will interact or disturb you unless you require assistance.
For such purpose I am on call 24 hours a day.
A Greek mobile number will be provided to you for immediate communication with me if any matter arises or any assistance is needed.
Check out is at 12:00 and check in at 15:00.
Late check out or late night arrivals can be arranged upon request.

Time for rest and peace according to the law is:
April 1 - September 30 : 15.00-17.30 and 23.00-7.30
October 1 - March 31 : 15.30-17.30 and 22.00-7.30.
Smoking is allowed only at the balcony.

Set in the coastal suburb of Alimos, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach, which offers swimming, sun loungers, beach bars, and restaurants. Alimos Marina, one of the largest yacht marinas in Athens, is steps away.
150 m away from the apartment there is “Davaki” bus stop:
• Bus A2 leads in approximately 20 minutes to the Acropolis Parthenon, Acropolis museum, Plaka and the Historic centre of Athens. Moreover in 15 min. you can reach “Sygrou-Fix” metro station
• Bus 217 starts from Piraeus and ends at “Dafni” metro station
Meters from the apartment is “1st Kalamakiou” bus stop at Poseidonos Avenue:
• Bus A1 leads in less than 35 minutes to Piraeus port, where boats depart to all Greek islands.
• Bus X96 leads directly to Athens international airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”.
• Bus No Α1 & Α2 are driving across the coastline towards Voula where you can find connection to continue your journey across the coastline of Attika.
250m away from the apartment, is located the “Marina Alimou” TRAM stop.
TAXI ride to the Acropolis and the Historic Centre takes 10’-15' minutes.
