Nestled in a quiet St Kilda street, you’ll be delighted with all this place has to offer. Enjoy your stay in this 1950s boutique apartment comprising of open plan living, original timber floors, well designed kitchen and bathroom.
Based on the ground floor you will love the north facing entrance, spacious hallway and two generous sized bedrooms with comfy beds topped with high quality linen.
Featuring a security entry, free high-speed wifi and a comprehensive list of amenities, you’ll have everything you need to make your stay memorable.
Bedrooms:
The two generous sized bedrooms sleep a total of four people, the main bedroom with a queen bed and two singles in the second bedroom. All beds are fitted with high quality 1000 thread count sheets and guests receive a fresh set of bath and hand towels. Both rooms have built in wardrobes containing hangers, shelving and enough space to store your luggage.
Living Room:
Kick back on the comfy couch in front of the gas log fireplace and high definition, flat screen, smart television that comes complete with Netflix. Our comprehensive guide for guests includes the wifi password, instructions on how to use all amenities, as well as our personal recommendations on where to eat, drink and suggestions on what to do in St Kilda.
Kitchen:
You’ll feel at home with our well-equipped kitchen complete with oven, stainless steel gas cooktop, cooking utensils, serving dishes, appliances (microwave, kettle, toaster), fridge and basic pantry supplies. If you like to clean as you cook, the Earth Choice dishwashing liquid will do the job, or alternatively load the dishwasher and let it take care of the dishes for you. Get your day off to the perfect start with a perfect crema from the Nespresso coffee machine and close out the night with a cup of tea from our complimentary supplies.
Bathroom:
The stylish bathroom features a monsoon shower head over the bath, impressive lighting and ample bench space to prepare for the day ahead or night out on the town. Don’t worry if you forget your toiletries as the bathroom is stocked with luxurious Thankyou body and hand wash as well as shampoo and conditioner.
Workspace:
The dining table has plenty of space available to spread out for workaholics or those wanting to stay online between meals!
Laundry:
If you’re looking to keep on top of your laundry during your stay, the easy to use front-loading washing machine located in the hidden kitchen cupboard is all yours to use with the complimentary washing detergent. You’ll find the clothes rack beside the washing machine which can be placed in front of the gas log fire for quick dry in Winter or outside in the sunshine during Summer. The iron and ironing board are both found in the hallway cupboard.
Outdoor Area:
Out the front door, the communal outdoor area is the perfect place to sit and bask in the afternoon sunshine whilst reading a book. Alternatively, why not lay on the grass sipping on one of Victoria’s finest wines… or two ;)
Car Parking:
For those with a car, the adjacent Mitchell Street has parking and is within 50m to 100m of the apartment depending on where you land a spot.
Prior to your arrival we will send you a PDF outlining how to access the apartment along with the necessary codes for the key safes. A set of keys are provided to you during your stay and the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy.

If you do have an enquiry or any issues arise, we are fully contactable before, during and after your stay. We do however both work full time so the best way to get in touch is via email or SMS and we’ll get back to you at our earliest possible convenience.

The apartment is located in St Kilda, with amazing eateries, coffee shops, bars, and Acland Street’s famous cake shops at the doorstep. Become immersed in all St Kilda and Melbourne have to offer. It's a stone's throw to the beach and botanical gardens.
There are a plethora of public transport options available within a stone's throw from the front gate. Among these options is the 96 tram from the bottom of Acland Street which takes you straight to the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Numerous tram and bus stops as well as a nearby train station ensure you can get wherever you need.
In order to travel on public transport, you will need a Myki card which can be purchased from supporting stores such as local newsagencies or at train stations. We recommended using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps or downloading the Moovit app to your smartphone which provides detailed information on how to get from A to B.
For those that love Uber (who doesn’t), St Kilda is a hot spot for Uber driver’s and in turn you’ll never wait too long for a pickup.
If you’ve got a car, the adjacent Mitchell Street has 2 and 4 hourly parking and is within 50m to 100m of the apartment depending on where you land a spot. We are also able to provide a parking permit if required.

We avoid the use of chemicals as much as possible and use a number of the Earth Choice cleaning products to help prevent further pollution of our environment. The Earth Choice range is purely plant based, and has no harmful side effects to your health or the health of our planet.
